In order to permit you to understand how much important is to protect your idea and invention filing an I.P. right so that you will be the unique owner of it (IP rights are intangible assests belonging to the owner) we are at your disposal to teach you at your Premises about these items based on the following scheme:

1) PATENTS OF INVENTION in CH, EUROPE and in the WORLD

- What is a Patent of Invention? differences among Utilitiy Models, Software, SPC's, etc.

- What is a preliminary search? if it already exists

- What is Priority and within when may it be claimed? first filing and due date

- In which and how many Countries you may file? PCT Treaty, European Convention, Unitary Patent, National Laws, Eurasia, OAPI, ARIPO, GCC, etc.

- How to File? Self-Service (saving money but on risk), see websites of CH based in Bern, EPO of Munich, WIPO of Geneve, etc. or through IP Professional Experts paying also an Agency Fee  

- Litigations? Oppositions from Third Parties or Third Parties that infringe your IP Rights

- Duration of IP Rights? maximum 20 years if renewals are paid in time which are not always based on a yearly basis and are not always calculated from the Filing Date

- Time and Workflow? time for each single procedure and when

- Costs? Taxes (Government Fees) and Honoraries (Agency Fees)

2) TRADEMARKS in CH, EUROPEAN UNION and in the WORLD

- What is a Trademark? distinctive mark, etc.

- Types? Verbal, Figurative, etc.

- What is a search of anteriority? if it already exists

- What is Priority and within when may it be claimed? first filing and due date

- In which and how many Countries you may file? Treaties, Conventions, WIPO, EUIPO and National Laws

- How to File? Self-Service (saving money but on risk), see websites of CH based in Bern, EUIPO of Alicante, WIPO of Geneve, etc. or through IP Professional Experts paying also an Agency Fee  

- Litigations? Oppositions from Third Parties or Third Parties that infringe your IP Rights

- Duration of IP Rights? forever if renewals are paid in time but in certain Countries a "Proof of Use" must be provided

- Time and Workflow? time for each single procedure and when

- Costs? Taxes (Government Fees) and Honoraries (Agency Fees)
